Member Month – Week3: US$100 (or currency amount equivalent to US$100 at participating hotels in Latin American & Caribbean)/CAD$100 Credit Offer
Book between March 16, 2022 – April 15, 2022 (stay by June 30, 2022)

Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). Subject to these Offer Terms, Wyndham Rewards Members can receive a US$100 (or local currency amount then equivalent to US$100 at participating hotels located in Latin American and the Caribbean)/CAD$100credit (the “Credit”) toward certain food/beverages and amenity purchases (“Offer”) available at Qualifying Hotels (as defined below) when they: (a) book a Qualified Stay of three (3) or more consecutive nights (the “3 Night Minimum”) at a participating Wyndham Grand, Wyndham, Dolce, Trademark by Wyndham, Wyndham Alltra or Registry Collection hotel in the United States, Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean, a list of which can be found here (“Qualifying Hotels”), on www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com, the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts app or via the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards, between March 16, 2022 and April 15, 2022, and (b) complete such stay by June 30, 2022 (an “Offer Qualifying Stay”).  Without limiting any term or condition of these Offer Terms, stays booked in whole or in part with Wyndham Rewards points will not qualify for this Offer.

Each Member who books an Offer Qualifying Stay will receive a Credit which can be applied to certain food/beverages and amenity purchases during such stay, as determined by the respective Qualifying Hotel (the “Eligible Purchases”). Eligible Purchases vary by Qualifying Hotel and are determined solely in the discretion of a Qualifying Hotel. The Credit, which will be reflected on the folio at check-out, cannot be applied to anything other than the Qualifying Hotel’s Eligible Purchases. To the extent a Member’s Eligible Purchase(s) made during his or her Offer Qualifying Stay exceed the Credit, such Member will be responsible for the overage; to the extent a Member’s Eligible Purchase(s) made during his or her Offer Qualifying Stay fall short of the Credit in total, such Member will forfeit the balance.

U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be automatically enrolled in the Wyndham Rewards Program upon completion of reservation; to void enrollment, call Wyndham Rewards member services at 1-866-996-7937. Non-U.S. residents who are not yet Wyndham Rewards Members will be provided an option to enroll in the Wyndham Rewards Program at time of reservation.

New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.

A reservation made in connection with this Offer must be cancelled in accordance with the terms and conditions of the reserved rate and individual Qualifying Hotel’s cancellation policy; reservations cancelled outside of the specified cancellation policy, as well as no-shows, will be charged first night plus tax.

Blackout dates, room type exclusions and other restrictions may apply and vary by individual hotel. Offer availability limited to Qualifying Hotels. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation originally made by a guest in accordance with these Offer Terms may result in an ineligibility to claim a Credit. Without limiting the foregoing, any Offer Qualifying Stay reservation that is later modified such that it no longer meets the 3 Night Minimum will not be eligible for a Credit in connection with this Offer.  This Offer and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited.

Capitalized terms used without definition in these promotion terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for the 5X Wyndham Rewards bonus points offer (“5X Bonus Points Offer”), a Wyndham Rewards Member must, between 5:30 AM EDT March 23, 2022 and 11:59 PM EDT April 21, 2022 (the “Promotion Period”): make a purchase on www.wyndhamrewards.com/shopping while signed in to their Wyndham Rewards account (each, an “Offer Qualifying Purchase”).  A Member who qualifies for the 5X Bonus Points Offer will receive 5X Wyndham Rewards bonus points for each Offer Qualifying Purchase completed (i.e., five (5) times the amount of Base Points such Member would have earned for such purchase pursuant to the terms and conditions for the Collinson Latitude Ltd shopping site, set forth below (the “Shopping Site Terms”)). The Wyndham Rewards bonus points earned by a Member pursuant to these Promotion Terms (the “5X Bonus Points”) will be posted to such Member’s Member account within 45 days following the completion of such Member’s Offer Qualifying Purchase. All purchases are subject to the retailer’s terms and conditions. Any purchase that is returned or exchanged does not count as an Offer Qualifying Purchase, and Wyndham Rewards reserves the right to remove any 5X Bonus Points awarded in connection therewith from the account(s) of the applicable Member(s).  For clarity, any purchase that is completed before or after the Promotion Period (as defined above), will not be counted towards the 5X Bonus Points Offer. Members who have elected to earn airline miles or rail points in their Member profile will earn Wyndham Rewards points in accordance with the Shopping Site Terms and these Promotion Terms.

The 5X Bonus Points Offer is not transferable and may not be substituted for any other offer. The 5X Bonus Points Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, sale, discount or other offer. In the event an Offer Qualifying Purchase qualifies for any other promotion or offer which would yield greater points earning for a Member than would be realized pursuant to this 5X Bonus Points Offer (a “Better Offer”), the Better Offer will prevail.  Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify the 5X Bonus Points Offer without notice. The 5X Bonus Points Offer is subject to the Shopping Site Terms in addition to these Promotion Terms, and is void where prohibited.

Between March 23, 2022 and March 31, 2022 (the “Promotion Period”), Wyndham Rewards members whose accounts are registered in the United States can receive (i) a 50% discount on the redemption value of select merchandise available on the Wyndham Rewards merchandise redemption platform and (ii) a 20% discount on the redemption value of select gift cards available on the Wyndham Rewards merchandise redemption platform (i.e., redeem 50% or 20% fewer Wyndham Rewards points than would otherwise have been required for the redemption of such items, as applicable) (the “Offer”). Offer is subject to change and cannot be combined with any other offer. *Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for the Bakkt bonus points offer to receive up to 3,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points (“Offer”), a Wyndham Rewards Member who resides in the United States (excluding Members who reside in Hawaii) must, between March 23, 2022 and March 31, 2022 (the “Offer Period”):

(1) add the Wyndham Rewards Program to their Bakkt account for the first time (after which they will receive 1,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points (a “Linking Bonus”)), then (2) redeem Wyndham Rewards points for the first time within the Bakkt app (after which they will receive 2,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points (a “Redemption Bonus”)).

Each of the Linking Bonus and the Redemption Bonus will occasionally be referred to herein individually as a “Bonus”, and together as the “Bonuses”. Wyndham Rewards Members who don’t yet have a Bakkt account can open one for free by downloading the Bakkt app from their app store, accepting the Terms of Use and providing the information requested; the Wyndham Rewards program can be added to a Member’s Bakkt account by clicking “Rewards” within the Bakkt app, selecting the Wyndham Rewards Program and then providing the information requested. For sending cash, and to pay in-store or online, additional information may be required. All information provided to Bakkt will be subject to Bakkt’s privacy policy.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, this Offer and the Bakkt Wyndham Rewards promotion ending March 22, 2022, taken together, are limited to the first one million (1,000,000) Wyndham Rewards Members to participate, and there is a maximum of one (1) Linking Bonus and one (1) Redemption Bonus per Wyndham Rewards Member. Each Bonus will usually be posted to an eligible Wyndham Rewards Member’s Wyndham Rewards account twenty-four (24) hours after such Member has completed the applicable qualifying activity. Members who have elected to earn airline miles in their Member profile and qualify for one (1) or more of the Bonuses hereunder will earn such Bonus(es) in Wyndham Rewards points.

Wyndham Rewards points are redeemable for cash through the Bakkt App. In order for Members to withdraw cash to their bank account, the bank account must be a valid U.S. bank that is linked to the Bakkt App. Members may redeem up to 15,000 points per month and no less than 100 points at any one time. When you give instructions to redeem Digital Assets (as defined in the Bakkt Terms of Use), you cannot change, cancel or withdraw your authorization for Bakkt to complete that transaction. You cannot cancel, reverse, or change any transaction following your submission of the instructions to Bakkt.

*Mobile Flash Sale Terms & Conditions

Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for a discount of 25% or 30% off of the Best Available Rate (as defined below) at participating hotels (the “Mobile Flash Sale”), a Wyndham Rewards Member must:

(a) between March 30, 2022 and April 4, 2022 (the “Booking Period”), book a Qualified Stay that meets the applicable length of stay minimum described below on (i) the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App or (ii) the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts mobile websites (i.e., the mobile versions of wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com and the official brand websites of each participating Hotel Chain); and

(b) complete such stay by September 30, 2022.

“Best Available Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the applicable brand site for the hotel, date and accommodation requested.  For clarity, any stay that is booked outside of the Booking Period, begun prior to March 30, 2022 or completed after September 30, 2022, will not qualify for the Mobile Flash Sale.

Exact discount level (25% or 30% off of the participating hotel’s Best Available Rate) depends on length of stay. Subject to all Offer Terms:

• stays of three (3) nights that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive a discount of 25% off of the participating hotel’s Best Available Rate; and
• stays of four (4) or more nights that are booked and completed in accordance with these Offer Terms will receive 30% off of the participating hotel’s Best Available Rate.

Savings are discounted from a participating hotel’s Best Available Rate, excluding taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. Reservations with this rate must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.  New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings.  Reservation must be canceled in accordance with the individual hotel’s house cancellation policy.  Reservations canceled outside of cancellation policy and no-shows will be charged first night plus tax.

It is possible that the Mobile Flash Sale will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for the Mobile Flash Sale may result in an ineligibility to receive the Mobile Flash Sale discount. The Mobile Flash Sale and its terms and conditions are subject to cancellation or change at any time and void where prohibited.

Tax is additional, and rates may not be combined with any other offer or discount other than applicable registration-based, bonus point promotions.
