    Helmed by veterans of top NYC ramen eateries, Shinka Ramen & Sake Bar is writing the newest chapter in the almost 400-year-old history of ramen. The savory soup noodle dish has evolved from a favorite Japanese comfort food introduced by Chinese expatriates, to a heartwarming meal with a worldwide fan base. Shinka (the Japanese term for evolution) features a unique and exciting ramen menu as well as one of the city's most complete selection of sake.

    Amazing Manhattan views, carefully curated cocktails, and a chic, trendy atmosphere make Rooftop 93 an unmatched downtown nightlife destination.
