    Our Executive Chef delights in preparing exquisite dishes with a focus on local and sustainable fare, and our Ventura restaurant serves up delicious, classic American fare for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Please be sure to ask your server to recommend a California vintage to complement your meal, as our wine list is both extensive and approachable. Join us daily for breakfast 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., lunch 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and dinner Monday through Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Thursday through Sunday from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. We also offer in-room dining for your convenience.
